Rob is  the President and co-founder of dpt Communications Inc. with nearly 30 years experience in the telecommunications field. He has been selling, installing, and servicing Panasonic phone systems since 1987.

Rob is an avid golfer, skier, and a wannabe musician.

Jim Watson

Vice President

Jim is the Vice President and co-founder of dpt Communications Inc. with 24 years in the telecom industry. He is responsible for the strategic management of operations for day-to-day business, customer management & sales, scheduling field technicians, as well as the ongoing coaching and development of sales staff.

In addition to managing day to day operations, as VP he is responsible for controlling cash flow/inventory, documenting policies/protocols and streamlining operations.

Randy Diamond

Branch Partner (Charlottetown)

Randy has over 20 years experience with telephone equipment.

Claude Cormier

Branch Manager (Saint John) and dpt Security Specialist

Claude Cormier has over 10 years combined experience with telephone switching equipment and security systems.

Denise LeBlanc

Business Development Manager

Denise is a highly skilled, bilingual Business Development Manager with over 13 years of experience in sales, promotions coordinating, event planning, and Telecom & IT Solution selling. A leader in Project Management, ensuring that all projects/solutions are correctly implemented in a timely manner and are satisfactory to the customer. She will continue to evaluate businesses and help them realize their full communications potential, by incorporating new technologies & solutions using the latest Panasonic Telephone Systems.

Denise is a dedicated volunteer to the community and has spent many years volunteering for many organizations such as the Greater Moncton Chamber of Commerce, MNECA, The Hands Up Expo, and many more charitable organizations.

Shannon Knighton-Whalen

Telecommunications Technician

Experienced Telecommunications Technician with over 14 years in the industry, possessing excellent communication skills.

Proficient in Panasonic Telephone Systems:  installations, repairs , troubleshooting, with expertise in training and implementing business communication solutions.

Efficient project manager ensuring that programming, implementation and designs are tailored to the the end user, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Skills and training also include, running data and voice cabling, paging and speaker systems, nurse call systems, wireless solutions, conferencing, and much more.
