Message light stays on all the time?

First log into mailbox and make sure there are no new voicemail present. If no messages are present and

the light stays on all the time, please just enter the appropriate sequence to turn it off.

Phone is T7600 series. Ex: KX-T7630, KX-T7667, KX-T7665 etc...

Intercom + * + 700 + Extension then hang up

or,

Phone is T7400 series. Ex KX-T7433, KX-T7431 etc...

Intercom + 700 + Extension then hang up

This should immediately turn the message light off, unless there are new messages in the mailbox.
