How can I transfer a call to voicemail?

OPTION 1

If you have a [VM Trans] button on your phone, simply press the [VM Trans] button and enter the extension of the person's voicemail you want to transfer the call to, then hang up.  

The call will go straight to the Voicemail greeting to leave a message.

OPTION 2

If you do Not have a [VM Trans] button on your phone, you will hit the transfer key then enter the extension of the person's voicemail you want to transfer the call to, then hang up.  

The call will ring the extension for a few ring, if not answered, then go to voicemail. *

* This will  require that the Extension has the FWD/DND activated
